Koç University (KUEPE) Exam Content
The exam consists of 5 parts.
1. Reading (Reading Comprehension): This section consists of three reading texts, one long and two short, consisting of a total of 2000 words, and a total of 15 questions are asked to the students about these texts. The main idea consists of the types of questions such as details in the supporting sentences, guessing the meaning from the content, specific knowledge, inference and the main idea of the author.
2. Use of English: This section consists of two parts, grammar and vocabulary, and 20 questions in total. The questions are asked in the logic of integrated competence with real life content. Words consist of a list of academic words covered during the semester. * Reading and Usage sections are carried out in one session.
3. Listening: This section consists of five interview questions in a while listening question style and 10 questions in a note-taking question style taken from a university course.In these listening pieces, there are question types such as main idea, details in supporting sentences, guessing meaning from content, specific knowledge, inference and purpose.
4. Writing: This section consists of three writing activities. The first part is writing after the reading passage. Students are required to write an opinion essay or an article on another academic subject. It is important for students to include supportive statements in the text they wrote based on the passage they read and to create academic writing content.
5. Speaking: It consists of three parts after meeting with the student and the warm-up process. Personal experiences, an opinion on a topic and a conversation activity in the sense of the continuation and follow-up of this topic are requested.

Doğuş Aydın, who has failed in only 1 student out of 78 students in his exam training so far does not work with students for whom it’s impossible to achieve and he makes no promises to them.
